1. Information We Collect

GalleryGroom is designed to operate completely offline. We do not collect, store, or transmit your personal photos, metadata, or media files to any external servers. All photo processing and deletion scheduling happens entirely on your local device.

2. Permissions

To function correctly, GalleryGroom requires the following permissions:

• Storage / Media Permissions: To scan your gallery, display photos for you to review, and perform requested deletions.
• Manage External Storage (Android 11+): Required to automatically and silently delete scheduled photos in the background without prompting you every single time.
• Display Over Other Apps: Used for the Camera Watcher feature to show a quick-schedule popup when you take a new photo.

3. Third-Party Services (AdMob)

We use Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may collect and use data (such as device identifiers and IP addresses) to provide targeted advertising and analytics. You can learn more about how Google uses this data in the Google Privacy & Terms.

4. Data Retention

Your scheduled photos are stored on your device until their deletion date, at which point they are permanently removed from your device storage. We do not keep backups of deleted photos.

5. Changes to this Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated revision date.
